臺(tái)資銀行有望加快在大陸擴(kuò)張步伐（雙語(yǔ)）

　　Banking regulators in China and Taiwan had their first-ever meeting on cross-strait regulatory issues, and analysts expect the result to be faster China expansion for Taiwan banks─in particular, rules allowing a Taiwanese bank to set up a subsidiary one year after opening up a branch and to conduct yuan business immediately after setting up a subsidiary.

　　中國(guó)大陸與臺(tái)灣的銀行業(yè)監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)首次就兩岸監(jiān)管事宜進(jìn)行了磋商，分析人士預(yù)計(jì)臺(tái)資銀行在大陸的擴(kuò)張步伐會(huì)加快，特別是考慮到有關(guān)當(dāng)局出臺(tái)規(guī)定，允許臺(tái)資銀行在大陸設(shè)立分支機(jī)構(gòu)一年后成立子公司，而子公司成立后即可經(jīng)營(yíng)人民幣業(yè)務(wù)。

　　Bank of America-Merrill Lynch tips Cathay Financial to benefit the most, thanks to its non-life unit in China, while state-owned banks such as First Financial and Taiwan Cooperative will also get a lift. But the firm adds that banks may cut dividend payouts to conserve capital for their China expansion. Goldman Sachs says Fubon Financial and Chinatrust will likely secure more sizable deals in China given their strong capital position and relatively longer history on the mainland.

　　Nicky Loh/Reuters從富邦金融控股股份有限公司臺(tái)北總部。美國(guó)銀行/美林(Bank of America-Merrill Lynch)預(yù)測(cè)，從中獲益最大的是國(guó)泰金融控股公司(Cathay Financial)，原因是它在中國(guó)大陸設(shè)有非壽險(xiǎn)公司，而第一金融控股股份有限公司(First Financial)和臺(tái)灣合作金庫(kù)商業(yè)銀行股份有限公司(Taiwan Cooperative)等臺(tái)資銀行也會(huì)得到提振。但美銀美林補(bǔ)充說，銀行可能會(huì)為大陸擴(kuò)張節(jié)約資本，從而減少股息派發(fā)金額。高盛集團(tuán)(Goldman Sachs)說，富邦金融控股股份有限公司(Fubon Financial)和中國(guó)信托金融控股股份有限公司(Chinatrust)可能會(huì)在獲大陸得更具規(guī)模的交易，因其資金實(shí)力雄厚，進(jìn)入大陸的時(shí)間也相對(duì)較長(zhǎng)。

　　On a day when the Taiex index gained 0.1%, Cathay Financial rose 1.6%, Fubon Financial was up 2.2%, First Financial picked up 1.5%, Chinatrust strode 2.2% higher and Taiwan Cooperative climbed 0.8%.

　　周一，臺(tái)灣加權(quán)指數(shù)(Taiex)漲0.1%，國(guó)泰金融漲1.6%，富邦金融漲2.2%，第一金融漲1.5%，中國(guó)信托金融漲2.2%，合作金庫(kù)銀行漲0.8%。
