各區(qū)縣人民政府，高新區(qū)、齊魯化工區(qū)管委會，市政府各部門，各有關單位，各大企業(yè)，各高等院校：

　　2004中國（淄博）國際陶瓷博覽會暨國際新材料技術論壇、國際建筑衛(wèi)生陶瓷交易會將于9月6日至16日在我市舉行，這是全市經濟社會生活中的一件大事。為進一步營造良好的節(jié)日氣氛，充分展示淄博深厚的文化底蘊、良好的城市形象和“開放進取，昂揚奮進”的精神風貌，各級、各有關部門和單位要按照統(tǒng)一部署和要求做好社會宣傳工作。現(xiàn)將有關事項通知如下：

　　一、駐張店城區(qū)和高新區(qū)主要道路兩側的機關、企事業(yè)單位等，要在門前適當位置懸掛橫幅（禁止懸掛過街橫幅）或放置標語牌，也可根據各自實際插彩旗、掛彩燈。其他區(qū)縣也要根據各自實際，在主要道路及主要公共場所懸掛一定數(shù)量的橫幅或其他宣傳品。

　　二、各部門、各單位要注意提高各類宣傳品的檔次和質量，做到設計制作精美、布局合理、字體規(guī)范、醒目、準確。

　　三、宣傳品內容原則上從陶博會綜合協(xié)調辦公室統(tǒng)一確定的宣傳口號中選擇（附后）。如果自行確定內容，務必做到規(guī)范、準確、合理，并與整個陶博會氣氛相協(xié)調。

　　四、各類宣傳品的懸掛、放置時間為9月4日—9月16日。

　　五、各部門、各單位在搞好社會宣傳的同時，要切實做好門前“三包”工作，集中力量消除衛(wèi)生死角和“臟亂差”現(xiàn)象，為陶博會創(chuàng)造優(yōu)美整潔的市容環(huán)境。

　　各區(qū)縣、高新區(qū)、各部門和各單位要對陶博會社會宣傳工作予以高度重視，認真抓好落實。陶博會綜合協(xié)調辦公室要組織人員，加強對落實情況的督促檢查。
