Managing Change and Innovation

1. Organizational change ： 組織變革

Any alterations in people， structure， or technology.

在人員、結(jié)構(gòu)或技術(shù)方面的任何改變。

2. Change agents ： 變革推動(dòng)者

People who act as catalysts and assume the responsibility for managing the change process.

作為催化劑起作用的并承當(dāng)變革過程管理責(zé)任的人。

3. Organizational development（OD） ： 組織發(fā)展

Techniques or programs to change people and the nature and quality of interpersonal work relationship.

借以改變?nèi)藛T及人際間工作關(guān)系的本質(zhì)和性質(zhì)的各種方法或方案。

4. Stress ： 壓力

A dynamic condition a person faces when confronted with an opportunity， constraint， or demand related to what he or she desires and for which the outcome is perceived to be both uncertain and important.

一個(gè)人在面臨與其愿望密切相關(guān)的機(jī)會(huì)、限制或要求時(shí)的一種動(dòng)態(tài)條件。因?yàn)闂l件的動(dòng)態(tài)性，個(gè)人視為非常重要的愿望的實(shí)現(xiàn)就具有不確定性。

5. Creativity ：創(chuàng)造

The ability to combine ideas in a unique way or to make unusual associations between ideas.

6. Innovation ：創(chuàng)新

The process of taking a creative idea and turning it into a useful product，service，or work method.

7. Idea champion： 創(chuàng)新帶頭人

Individuals who actively and enthusiastically support new ideas， build support， overcome resistance， and ensure that innovations are implemented.

帶頭人會(huì)主動(dòng)而熱情地將創(chuàng)意予以細(xì)化，并提供支持，克服阻力，確保創(chuàng)新得到推行。
