　　Infrastructure 　Basic services or facilities required for the running of a community such as electricity， water， roads， schools， etc.

　　Budget　　A forecast of expenses expected some time in the future. Used when planning large-scale projects to determine funding requirements.

　　Risk Threshold　A point， if exceeded will expose the bank to higher risk than they may be able to financially handle. And the bank may result in insolvency.

　　Lead Arranger / Manager　A bank that has the responsibility for organizing financing， forming a syndicate with other banks and negotiating terms with the Issuer.

　　Lending Margin　A spread that borrowers agree to pay above an agreed base rate of interest.

　　基礎設施 保證社區(qū)正常運作的的基本設備和設施，如電力、水、公路、學校等。

　　預算　用于將來某個時期的預計費用。用于策劃大型項目時判斷所需的資金。

　　風險界限 是一個點，如果超出這個點，銀行就可能要承擔其力所不能及的更大風險，會招致破產。

　　牽頭銀行 負責組織資金籌集、與其他銀行一起組建辛迪加并與債券發(fā)行人進行談判的銀行。

　　貸款利率差 借方同意支付議定利率的差額。
