面試時(shí)切不可問的八個(gè)問題（雙語）

　　When they finish quizzing you,interviewers always ask,"So,do you have any questions？"That's your cue to show off your research with queries about the company's competitors,plans for growth,specific products,etc.But some questions can make you seem ill－prepared,overeager or disagreeable.Here,eight commonly asked bloopers.

　　1.What,exactly,does your company do？Never pose questions that a library search could have answered.

　　2.What does the job pay？Avoid money discussions until the interviewer makes you an offer.

　　3.How many vacation and personal days d o you allow？Makes you sound lazy――again,wait for the offer.

　　4.How long will it take me to get promoted？Try a less pushy4） version："Can you describe what my career－advancement track might be like？"

　　5.Is that your husband in the picture on your desk？Don't initiate a personal discussion；stick to questions about her career path.

　　6.What are you going to do about the poor performance of Product X？Reframe the question positively："What plans do you have to build sales f or Product X？"

　　7.What's your company's track record on promoting women and minorities？A legitimate5） question，but inter－viewers may worry that you'll sue if you don't advance quickly.Instead，check out the comp any' s reputation through the industry grapevine6）.

　　8.So，when do I start？A slightly obnoxious quip.Don't invite yourself into the job.

　　面試者在對(duì)你提問完畢之后總會(huì)問：“好，你有什么問題嗎？”你可以詢問公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的情況、公司的發(fā)展計(jì)劃以及獨(dú)特的產(chǎn)品等等，借此顯示你已進(jìn)行過研究。但有些問題會(huì)使你顯得準(zhǔn)備不足、過于心急或令人生厭。下面是8個(gè)常犯的錯(cuò)誤。

　　1.你們公司究竟做什么？決不要問這種到圖書館查一下就能得到答案的問題。

　　2.工資多少？在面試者主動(dòng)向你提及之前，要避免討論錢的問題。

　　3.你們有多少假期？這樣問會(huì)使你顯得懶惰——同樣，應(yīng)等面試者提。

　　4.我需要多久能得到提升？試一試較為委婉的提法：“能談?wù)勎夜ぷ鞯那熬皢幔?rdquo;

　　5.桌上照片中的人是你的丈夫嗎？不要談?wù)搨€(gè)人問題，應(yīng)扣住她的事業(yè)提問。

　　6.某產(chǎn)品銷路不好，你們打算怎么辦？應(yīng)正面提問：“你們計(jì)劃怎樣提高某產(chǎn)品的銷售額？”

　　7.你們公司提升婦女和少數(shù)民族的業(yè)績(jī)?nèi)绾?？這是個(gè)合理的問題，但面試者可能但心你如果晉升不快會(huì)起訴他們。還是通過本行業(yè)內(nèi)線來了解公司的聲譽(yù)為好。

　　8.那我什么時(shí)候上班？問得妙，但有點(diǎn)兒招人討厭。不要不請(qǐng)自來。
