ACCA 新科目BT考試內(nèi)容介紹
ACCA BT（商業(yè)與技術(shù)）是知識(shí)階段的第一門考試，由AB改革而來，雖然官方對(duì)這一科目進(jìn)行了名稱的改革，但其考試大綱仍然以原有的AB科目2020-2021年考綱為準(zhǔn)，因此，它的考試難度并不會(huì)發(fā)生變化，但它考試的內(nèi)容卻比較繁雜?？傮w來說，BT一科中要考察的知識(shí)點(diǎn)包括以下幾部分：
A、Understand the purpose and types of businesses and how they interact with key stakeholders and the external environment.商業(yè)和商業(yè)環(huán)境
B、Understand business organisation structure, functions and the role of corporate governance 組織結(jié)構(gòu)和職能，公司治理
C、Recognise the function of accountancy and audit in communicating, reporting and assuring financial information and in effective financial control and compliance 財(cái)務(wù)職能和審計(jì)
D、Recognise the principles of authority and leadership and how teams and individuals are recruited, managed, motivated and developed. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理
E、Understand the importance of personal effectiveness as the basis for effective team and organisational behaviour. 個(gè)人有效性和溝通
F、Recognise that all aspects of business and finance should be conducted in a manner which complies with and is in the spirit of accepted professional ethics and professional values 商業(yè)倫理和道德
總的來說，ACCA BT這門課主要涉及到以下三門主要學(xué)科：組織行為學(xué)，人力資源管理，會(huì)計(jì)和審計(jì)。其中ACCA BT內(nèi)組織行為學(xué)的內(nèi)容包括：組織結(jié)構(gòu)，個(gè)體，群體，團(tuán)隊(duì)管理，組織文化，管理原理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論，激勵(lì)理論，和溝通原理等，人力資源管理方面內(nèi)容包括：招聘選拔，公平工作機(jī)會(huì)和多樣化員工管理，員工培訓(xùn)和開發(fā)，績(jī)效考評(píng)，和工作健康和安全等，會(huì)計(jì)和審計(jì)方面內(nèi)容包括：會(huì)計(jì)職能，內(nèi)審?fù)鈱?，?nèi)部控制，公司治理，和欺詐等。除了這三門主要學(xué)科外，AB還涉及到經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，市場(chǎng)學(xué)，戰(zhàn)略管理，職業(yè)道德，信息管理和時(shí)間管理等方面的內(nèi)容。
BT考試時(shí)間：
該科目考試為機(jī)考，沒有固定考試時(shí)間限制，提前預(yù)約機(jī)考中心即可參加考試，提交試卷之后即出成績(jī)，50分通過。
BT考試題型：
Seciton A
46道選擇題，30道2分題，16道1分題，共76分。
Seciton B
6道大題，每個(gè)題有2個(gè)任務(wù)題，每題2分，共24分。
