2017年ACCA學(xué)員OBU學(xué)位申請攻略【收藏】

很多報(bào)考了ACCA的學(xué)員，或多或少都了解過“OBU學(xué)位”，因?yàn)檫@也是學(xué)習(xí)ACCA的一大優(yōu)勢和福利，但是對于如何申請OBU，很多學(xué)員未必清楚，下面小編就為大家提供一份ACCA-OBU學(xué)位的申請攻略。

一、申請OBU學(xué)位的條件：

1.注冊過這個(gè)學(xué)位（可以在My ACCA中查看此學(xué)位的狀態(tài)是否為opted-in）

2.通過前九門考試（F7，F(xiàn)8，F(xiàn)9不可以免考）

3通過F7，F(xiàn)8，F(xiàn)9之前提交并通過英語成績證明

4.完成道德模塊測試（Professional Ethics module ）

二、英語成績證明提交：

在2014年6月及之前通過的F4考試可以直接當(dāng)做英語證明，無需另外提交；

在2014年12月及之后通過F4考試需另外提交英語成績證明，如大學(xué)英語六級，雅思，托福等（需要翻譯后加蓋公章）

三、提交的論文包括哪些東西：

A.7500字Research Report （RR）；

B.2000字Skills and Learning Statement（SLS）（包括15分鐘Presentation on the project to your project mentor，需提交PPT）；

這兩個(gè)部分要全部都通過才可以拿到學(xué)位，如哪個(gè)部分沒過，下次只提交那個(gè)部分就好，每個(gè)學(xué)員共有3次提交機(jī)會，但每次都需繳納評審費(fèi)。學(xué)員需要找一名導(dǎo)師來輔導(dǎo)論文寫作，并進(jìn)行3次面談（每次30分鐘，第三次做15分鐘presentation）。 目前全球論文通過率只有50%。

Research and analysis report（RR）：

它共有20個(gè)題目可以選擇，題目內(nèi)容包羅萬象，涉及很多內(nèi)容。以第8個(gè)題目為例：需要分析一個(gè)公司近3年的financial and business performance.

Skills and learning statement（SLS）：

它要回答四個(gè)問題：怎樣跟導(dǎo)見三次面的？論文的研究目標(biāo)如何達(dá)到的？怎么跟老師溝通的？論文的寫作對你的學(xué)習(xí)和工作有多大幫助？這個(gè)SLS只有過和不過。決定這個(gè)SLS是否通過的方面有：語言，溝通，是否通過這個(gè)論文寫作有收獲和感悟，IT技術(shù)使用（PPT）等方面。

四、論文選題范圍：

通過ACCA前9門的學(xué)員都有資格申請ACCA-OBU榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位，論文題目可以在以下范圍內(nèi)選擇，其他題目需另行申請。

1）An analysis and evaluation of an organization——s budgetary control system and its links with performance management and decision making.

分析評估某個(gè)企業(yè)的預(yù)算控制系統(tǒng)，并找出該系統(tǒng)與企業(yè)的績效管理以及企業(yè)決策三者之間的聯(lián)系

2）An evaluation of how the introduction of a new technology can assist an organization in achieving its business objectives.

論述引進(jìn)新技術(shù)是如何幫助企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)營目標(biāo)的

3）An assessment of the potential impact of an aspect of impending legislation on the operations and financial position of an organization.

論述某個(gè)即將頒布的法案對企業(yè)內(nèi)部的運(yùn)營崗位以及財(cái)務(wù)崗位有什么潛移默化的影響

4）A review of the business management and accounting issues of environmental costs of an organization.

從征收環(huán)境保護(hù)費(fèi)來論述商業(yè)管理和會計(jì)工作

5）An evaluation of the use of short term and long term Islamic financial instruments and their impact on the financial statements of an organization.

請分別從長期和短期來評估伊斯蘭財(cái)經(jīng)工具的作用以及他們對企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)狀況的影響

6）A critical review of key factors or indicators in the motivation of employees in an organization.

請考評闡述企業(yè)員工驅(qū)動(dòng)力的形成要素或者考核指標(biāo)進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵性評價(jià)

7）A critical evaluation of the restructuring of an organization——s operational activities and the effect on the organization——s financial performance.

對企業(yè)運(yùn)營項(xiàng)目的重組以及重組對于企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)狀況的影響進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵性評價(jià)

8）An analysis and evaluation of the business and financial performance of an organization over a three year period.

評估企業(yè)近三年的業(yè)務(wù)和財(cái)務(wù)情況（需要設(shè)立comparator）

9）A critical evaluation of the planning and implementation of an information system in an organization.

對某個(gè)企業(yè)的信息系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃和實(shí)施進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵評價(jià)

10）A review of the effectiveness of the use of costing techniques within an organization.

論述企業(yè)內(nèi)部成本核算的成效

11）An investigation into the financial and operational costs and benefits of the internal audit/internal review activities within an organization.

調(diào)研企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)成本以及運(yùn)營成本并闡述企業(yè)內(nèi)審的益處

12）An investigation into the possible effects of a proposed accounting standard on the financial statements and business activities of an organization.

調(diào)研：“設(shè)立會計(jì)準(zhǔn)則”可能為企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀和商業(yè)活動(dòng)帶來哪些影響

13）An evaluation of the contribution made by human resource activities to the attainment of business and financial objectives.

評價(jià)人力資源活動(dòng)對實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)和財(cái)務(wù)目標(biāo)有何貢獻(xiàn)

14）An appraisal of the business and financial objectives of a strategic investment decision made by an organization and its impact on key stakeholders.

論述企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略投資決策中的商務(wù)和財(cái)務(wù)目標(biāo)及其對利益共享者的影響

15）An analysis and evaluation of the management of an organization——s working capital over a three year period and its impact on the organization——s funding strategies.

分析并評估企業(yè)近三年內(nèi)的營運(yùn)資本的管理模式及其對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略集資的影響

16）A critical evaluation of the financial and operational risk management within an organization.

對企業(yè)內(nèi)的財(cái)務(wù)以及運(yùn)營的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵評價(jià)

17）An assessment of the quality of the corporate governance within an organization and the impact on an organization·s key stakeholders.

評估某個(gè)企業(yè)的內(nèi)部管理質(zhì)量，并論述對利益共享者的影響

18）A review of the marketing strategy of an organization and its effectiveness.

論述某個(gè)企業(yè)的營銷戰(zhàn)略及其成效

19）An analysis and evaluation of the financial and operational consequences of a merger between two organizations or of the acquisition of one organization by another.

從財(cái)務(wù)與運(yùn)營的角度出發(fā)，分析評估兩家企業(yè)兼并或某家企業(yè)收購另一家所產(chǎn)生的后果

20）An assessment of an organization——s corporate social responsibility policies,including business ethics,and their impact on business practice and key stakeholders.

論述一個(gè)企業(yè)的社會使命，包括它的商業(yè)倫理道德及對商業(yè)慣例和利益共享者的影響

五、學(xué)位等級評定：

論文（RR）通過共有A，B，或C三個(gè)分?jǐn)?shù)，論文的分?jǐn)?shù)和該學(xué)員ACCA前九門平均成績綜合起來可確定該生學(xué)位的級別（見下圖）。牛津布魯克斯大學(xué)會計(jì)本科學(xué)位共有：First class， Upper second class， Lower second class， Third class等4個(gè)級別。決定這個(gè)RR是否通過的方面有：語言，溝通，分析是否深入，IT技術(shù)使用，參考資料使用及格式等方面。

六、論文提交方式：

通過網(wǎng)上提交的方式上傳，一年有兩次提交的機(jī)會，分別在五月和十一月。
